Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join the SET-CAMHS Single Point of Access (SPA) .
The SET-CAMHS SPA Team is the first point of contact for referrals into Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services across Essex and plays a vital role in supporting young people, families, professionals, and partner agencies to access the appropriate care and support.
We are looking for a candidate who is organised, adaptable, and able to work within a busy and developing service. The successful applicant will join a friendly, supportive, and dynamic team environment, working alongside highly motivated colleagues who are committed to delivering high-quality care and support for children and young people.
This role requires strong communication and administrative skills, alongside the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary setting.
Main Duties of the Role
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the SET-CAMHS SPA Team and will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
Duties will include:
- Processing and managing referrals received into the service
- Maintaining accurate electronic patient records on SystmOne
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries professionally and sensitively
- Writing meeting agendas and minutes
- Preparing and sending correspondence.
- Liaising with clinical and non-clinical professionals both internally and externally
- Supporting data collection and reporting requirements.
- Ensuring confidentiality and accurate record-keeping at all times.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required.

Additional Information
Please note this role is hybrid working and there is an expectation of being office based 3 days per week. There is no on-site parking available at the base location. However, public parking costs can be reclaimed in line with Trust policy.
