• Receive support to apply for suitable vacancies and access relevant job opportunities on completion of the programme.

Our Entry Level Recruitment Programme is designed for local individuals seeking to start or advance a rewarding career with NELFT. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, have the right to work in the UK, and be fully committed to engaging in the 10-week programme.

The programme is ideal if you are:

• Seeking your first job in healthcare.

• Changing careers.

• Returning to work after a career break.

• Looking to build your confidence and employability skills.

• Interested in clinical or non-clinical NHS careers.

No previous experience is required. We're looking for people with the right values, enthusiasm and potential to build a rewarding career at NELFT.

Our Entry Level Recruitment Programme has a high success rate in helping participants secure permanent employment across both clinical and non-clinical roles within NELFT.

Throughout the programme, you'll be supported to identify suitable vacancies, complete applications and prepare for interviews, giving you the best possible chance of securing a role.
